All communications with the company before, during and after the job was very painful. Melinko doesn't return calls for days or weeks at at time. While the job was executed well at the time of installation (except for communication), whenever there were issues post installation he was impossible to reach. The last straw was when I needed an additional gate opener for another car. At the time he installed the system he didn't give me keys for getting inside the units and adding an opener requires getting inside. I called repeatedly over 3 months. Each time I received a promise that he would do it the next day. Finally today he said (through his answering service) that he ''wasn't interested in the job''. I don't think I've ever experienced poorer service. Avoid this guy.
Description of Work: I had company install a pair of EliteAccess gate controllers for access to my property about two years ago. It was a complex job that was actually performed quite well.
