Outstanding from start to finish. Bid was competitive - we had 4 bids, three of which (including All Fence) were within a few $100 of each other (on a ~$13,000 job; the fourth was 15% lower but we chose All Fence due to their responsiveness). It's a busy period for the industry and despite their backlog of work, All Fence promised a date a few weeks out, and stuck to it precisely. They estimated 3 days to complete the work, and got it done by lunchtime on the third day. One short piece had to wait until after we completed some concrete work on our walkway, and once we informed them that work was done, they came back promptly to finish the fence. The job was complicated by bamboo growing along some of the fence line, and a very difficult neighbor. Were it not for the positive attitude of everyone on-site, things may have easily come to conflict. We found the owner, the foreman, the workers, and the office staff at All Fence were all friendly, accommodating, and professional. Oh, and the fence itself? Well-built and beautiful!

They were on time for the scoping appointment and were very clear with the pricing and the time it would take to complete the work. They were helpful with some cosmetic suggestions and were more than willing to help us customize a trash enclosure. The construction crew came out and worked very hard to dig and place the fence posts the full required depth - even when they hit rock. They pull out a jackhammer and did what was necessary. They finished on time.

Marty agreed in order to avoid any future fence failures to replace numerous fence posts with much longer posts AT NO COST! His crew came out on time and completed the repairs in one day. They actually replaced more fence posts than we anticipated and it now looks just like the original did!  We were very impressed with All Fence Company's willingness to stand by their warranty and resolve this matter quickly and professionally.  Highly recommend their services!!

What stood out was that they were an actual fence company and they were one of the few that actually worked with metal as opposed to being just a wood fence company. I chose them for the fact that they were able to actually put in a metal post when a lot of these fence companies can’t. They were professional but it took them a long time to actually get here and get the job done because it is such a small job. We had a storm here and a lot of fences blew down, so they were really busy and it took them a while to actually get the job done. That was a little bit annoying but I kind of knew that going in. I had to chase them up a couple of times to get a quote and get them out here and actually get them to come out and complete the job. I think it took like four phone calls and that is a bit much. They eventually did and we got it done. I probably wouldn’t use them again if I had another choice.

They installed the fence at the wrong height. We called them to discuss and they quoted an additional $1,000 to install a lattice. I do not want to pay an additional $1,000 for something I just purchased that was done incorrectly.

When the guy doing the work prepped for the day, he noted that someone in the warehouse had grabbed the pre-fab iron railing slated for us. In order to make sure we had our work done on time, he went ahead and made the railing on-site, custom fit, for us and apologized for the extra time that took ... the custom railing would normally have been a good 40% more pricey, so needless to say we were happy with the results and very happy with the professional work and attitude. Definitely on the list for future work when/if it comes up :-)

They were excellent. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, how they said they were going to do it. They charged me what they said they were going to charge me. They delivered more than they promised. I tried to use them again but they weren't responsive with my request for a bigger job which was kind of frustrating because I was so impressed with them on the fence job. I finally got a hold of them and they just kind of dropped the ball again. If they had not wanted to do the job, they should have said something.

They did a good job. I had experience with them for doing a picket fence in the front too. The fence had fallen over. They were kind of backed up but when I called them, they kind of put me ahead of the line and got it done for me so I was happy with that. Marty was the guy who came out do to the estimate and he is very professional.

I have used them before and they are a good quality company. I have clients that have used them and like them. I know them to be a reliable company. Their work is very good. I think that their fees are competitive. they are very professional. I will continue to use them.

Company was responsive to my phone call, sent an estimator out immediately. The bid was very competitive, actually quite a bit lower than some well known fence companies. Work was performed in a timely and professional manner. They exceeded my expectation. I am very happy with the work performed.

We've used All Fence in the past at one of our previous homes and they did a great job there so we were confident about using them again. However, we did call around to try to get similar quotes since the quote for this one was quite high (around $20K initially). All Fence was the only company who did the combination of wrought iron with other types of fence. With other companies, we would have had to hire two different companies. We're not sure if the price would have been different if we'd priced with two separate companies.
They came out promptly to take measurements and get us a quote. When we got the quote back, they worked with us to bring the price down a bit by offering different options. Scheduling was about 2 weeks out. I guess they are in high demand. They installed it over the course of 5 days, even coming in on Saturday to make sure they got it done.
We're very pleased with the work they performed. The fences looks great. We would definitely use them again.

High prices and terrible customer service.
After the estimator measured my job and gave a quote, it took a long time for them to put me on their calendar. They didn't return phone calls or answer any questions. After asking several times for a job date, they said their jobs are 3-4 weeks out. After I continued harassing for a date, they found an opening sooner which I thought was very nice. However, the job was performed poorly... the hand rails are poor quality, poor workmanship, and not at all what I had expected. I didn't want spray painted iron. To top it off, the workers left cigarette butts all over my property. If you have kids and/or dogs, it's not just a nuisance, but it's also a health hazard.

Marty and his team did an awesome job. I would certainly use them again!

They did an excellent job. They were on time and helpful. He also did an excellent job of hauling off and cleaning the area where the fence was installed. He completed the job as scheduled.

We had a few concerns about the quality of the work the crew was doing(nails poking out the wood, cut irrigation lines, etc..) but Pete gracefully addressed our concerns and took care of the problems. My wife and I(and our neighbors) are very happy with the new look of our backyard!The price was high but our yard is on a very steep hillside-difficult area to work.

We don't think we would recommend them. We were not happy with the foreman. Their communication wasn't very good and we didn't care for the foreman; he was a little bit rude. There were some customer concerns that they stalled on taking care of. Some of the gates are not working and some of the posts are uneven; we don't know what they did wrong. Their price was average. We were not happy with them and they didn't respond quickly on things. We would not use them again.
