He is always pleasant. He does occasionally show up early, but sometimes late. He is always suggesting additional work. He goes to the store to buy things to complete the projects.  Albert doesn't just drop off a crew and leave them to complete the work.  He stays on site with the crew, he helps them complete the work and supervises the completed work.  He also is very good about coming to fix anything in an emergency situation.
