Home Inspection
Steve is great. My Relator said he is an ex building code inspector and he had an eye for detail that I would expect of someone in that field. He methodically went through the house, built in 1914, and felt it's bones leaving nothing unturned.
His inspection took over six hours, and every minute of that time was well spent. All systems, appliances, walls, roofs, floors, rafters, foundations, stairs (inside and out) were checked, tested, measured, turned on and run. No place was left unseen.
I was given an accurate evaluation of the house I was looking at to purchase with all it's warts and beauty exposed thanks to Steve's unrelenting eye.
Do not hesitate to hire this man! It is time well spent. His experience is invaluable and his personality a delight.
