The project ran close to cost and schedule. The only reason that it cost a little more and took a little more time is that we increased the scope. Tbiby did an excellent job with the remodel and his subs were excellent as well. The remodel looks fantastic. Toby is detail oriented and takes care of all small nuances. He bills as the job progresses so it is after the fact billing. His invoices are highly detailed and easy to understand. Toby is very professional and easy to engage. He was a joy to have work with us.
