I'm very disappointed with this company. They are not fulfilling the services as outlined in the contract, and their customer service is extremely poor. Every time we call to report an issue, no one answers, and the call goes straight to voicemail. Stay away!

Bob Kugler knows his stuff and is extremely customer focused. Of three bids we obtained, his was the only one that really understood what we needed and quoted a fair price for the work. He didn't try to up-sell or fool around with extras. Once we gave him the go-ahead, he quickly took care of obtaining the necessary city permits and getting the panel installed and tested. One week turnaround, minimal hassle, quick city inspector approval, JOB DONE.
