 + -1 moreAs a self-employed person, the actual lending institution came back repeatedly for more and different personal and business information. Andrew patiently walked us through the application paperwork, document submittal and other steps, through escrow and closing. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and extremely punctual in keeping us informed about the status of our refi application. I recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Mr. Andrew Martz is a mortgage broker and co-owner of the company He was highly recommended to me by a now retired mortgage broker who helped us obtain previous house refinance loans. He helped us obtain a refinancing loan with the lowest financing possible at the current time. Finally, he arranged for an associate to to come to our home to walk us through signing and notarizing the loan-related documents for escrow.
