Scott arrived on time, was clean and professional, and installed a $3 fuse in the thermostat that was not working. I'll contact him again when we need HVAC service.

scott is prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! i am SO thankful to know that when it IS time to replace our A/C....i will be able to contract simple air to do the job!

He came for an estimate, earlier than expected but I appreciated it. He made all his effort to stop by to help. I was told that the heater didn't have all the parts in place. I got the parts in first and got another estimate.

I requested quotes from numerous heating companies from Angies list and from other local providers. Scott was on time for initial consultation and inspection of my home. He gave me great information and seemed to know what he was doing. In addition he provided the lowest quote. I felt comfortable with his behavior, professionalism and experience. He also had great reviews in Angie's list. He was on time, clean and efficient. The city inspection went without a hitch and the system is performing well. What more can you ask!

Exceptionally competent and knowledgeable regarding all heating and air conditioning matters. Clearly explained options and costs associated with repairing or replacing furnace. Once given go ahead furnace was fixed and duct work was replaced in a timely manner

I called Simple Air and they called the tenants, set up a timely appointment. We also arranged to have two other units inspected and serviced. The heaters needed new internal components, servicing and one required a new thermostat. Our tenants were very pleased with the professionalism and the results. As landlords we were very impressed with the response of the service provided our tenants and the pricing.

I scheduled the 9am appointment several weeks in advance, as my furnace was making loud and strange noises. The morning of the service (1/2/2010), I received a call on my cell phone at 8:30am asking if we were still on, and if I didn't call back by 9am I should call to reschedule. (I was sleeping in until 8:45am). I got the voicemail at 9:03, called right away, and the office said someone would be right over. The technician came over to do the work. While he was doing his inspection, I realized I never asked how much this would cost, so I asked how much this would cost. The tech said "$75". I responded with a delayed "...okay..." The tech was somehow offended by my response, closed up the furnace, said everything was fine, no charge would be assessed, said that they normally do a very thorough examination including vacuuming the furnace for the $75 price, implied several times that if I wanted something cheaper I could get "Chewy" to come do the job (I'm still not sure what that meant), packed up his things, and headed for the door. I had to talk him out of leaving, assure him that if $75 was the price, then I'd pay the $75, and to please come back and finish the job. Reluctantly he came back and continued the work. The tech found a problem with the motor/blower, gave me several options, estimated the cost of the repair to be $375, removed the assembly to be worked, scheduled a follow up for reinstallation of the reworked assembly, and took the motor/blower back to their shop. At the next appointment on 1/8/2010, the same tech installed the reworked motor/blower. The furnace was SIGNIFICANTLY more quiet than I had ever heard it. Furthermore, the $375 was the only charge incurred, the tech waived the initial $75 inspection/regular maintenance. In the end, the $375 price was totally reasonable, the work seems to have been done to very high quality. But the strange interactions regarding the price of the inspection have weirded me out a bit - although they do quality work at a reasonable price, I would be reluctant to call on them again.

They did the work in a timely manner. Their pricing was very good and reasonable. They were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.
