John was very friendly, gracious and extremely professional. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. He disconnected my old washer/dryer set and connected my new ones. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it without any problems. He even arranged to have my old washer and dryer removed at no additional cost to me. He also offers senior discounts which I took. I have been looking for a hard working, concienious and honest plumber that charges a reasonable price for a long time. Now that I have found one, I won't be using anyone else and neither should you.

It doesn't store water in there and it always boil water needed in the house because its a small unit. It start to build up water scale and it becomes very inefficient. To keep the efficiency of a tankless water heater, it needs to be descaled preferably once a year. We just recently purchased it, we want to keep it as efficient to not leak gas and water when we use it. R.J. Plumbing installed the water heater two year ago. I like that its family owned and its local. He's a great guy. He listens to what you need and gives good suggestions. I already recommended him to two of our friend and they already used him. They really like his work ethic. He's just an honest guy. He tries to fit in smaller jobs in between if he has this huge contract, in going home and stuff. He's a little busy. He tells me up ahead when he has schedules and stuff. He doesn't keep me in the dark and where he's able to come in.

We discovered the leaky toilet late Wednesday. We called R. J. Plumbing first thing on Thursday based on the reviews on Angie's List. He however could not come that day and we were told to expect him on Friday between 11 and 1. We decided to wait until he was available. He came around 11:30 AM and it took him less than 5 minutes to identify the cause of leak - gasket underneath the cylinder inside the tank. He replaced it, tested the toilet a few times and it seemed to solve the problem.

First of all the receptionist who answered was very pleasant to speak with. She was easy to schedule an appointment with for the same day. John, the plumber called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule by about 20 minutes and asked if that was ok . He arrived on the scheduled time and was also very pleasant to do business with.

After telling him what the problem was he diagnosed the situation in a very timely manner and was very assuring that it could be fixed with no problems. Before he began I asked about replacing a faucet which he also did with no problem.

Overall I am very comfortable recommending this company to anyone who needs repairs done. I plan on using them in the future.

I purchased a new Toto toilet through the Bathroom Store in Torrance. The sales agent recommended John and set up the installation appointment for me on Monday, December 5th in the late afternoon. That Monday, John called to say he was stuck on an emergency and needed to reschedule. I appreciated the early notification and rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon. John showed up punctually and quickly removed the old toilet and installed the new toilet. He left the bathroom very clean and left nothing but the box for me to recycle. Good plumbers are difficult to find; John is an excellent plumber based on my experience with him.

This is the third time I have used RJ Plumbing. All three times they have shown up exactly when they said they would, finished the work in the time frame they quoted, and charged exactly what they estimated. John, the owner, is professional, takes his job seriously, and was extremely patient and helpful with my elderly mother who he was working for. He showed her the problem, fixed it, described how she could do it in the future, and gave her the information on where to get the part herself if she wanted.

Every time I call their office they are polite and responsive.

Overall the service and attention to detail was fantastic. I felt that the pricing for what was done was fair and the work was done professionally. I could not ask for a better plumbing company.
