 + 1 moreWe are an interior design firm and for our client we requested three bids of which one was from Riviera Rich Contractors. We had requested a lump sum bid for all items and Riviera Rich was the only bidder to provide detailed breakdowns for the budget. With most contractors we have worked with on other projects we only receive a line item budget by specifically requesting it. This level of detail continued to be provided by Riviera Rich throughout the lifetime of the project. Our client was extremely satisfied with the delivered product and we plan to use Riviera Rich on our future projects.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of master bath, replace vanities in guest bath, and powder room, complete painting of interior, sand and refinish hardwood floor throughout.
