He fixes my cars really nice. He is prompt. He is easy to get in to see him. He charges fairly. If it is a little thing, like if one of my lights goes out, he will just fix it for me. He won't charge me.

This turned out to be the difficult one. Aircon packed up on my 2005 Explorer.Reid took a look and identified an aluminum aircon pressure line that had a pinhole leak. Unfortunately to replace meant a significant part of the car had to be disassembled.Reid ordered the part, kept me informed of how long everything was taking and fixed it. Reid also does my day to day servicing and is one of those rare finds- a friendly capable and reasonably priced auto service company. Certainly would recommend him, and have done so to many people

They set the timeing on Tuesday and said I was good to go, but on the way home, it still was pinging. I called the next day and they said it could be something else but bring it back in. They retarded the timing another degree and resolved the issue of pinging
