My husband and I recently purchased a home and Pooyan Fard was our broker. Pooyan provided excellent customer service. We also worked with Brady during part of our homebuying process and he was also very helpful. We trusted the advice Pooyan gave us. He was pleasant to work with and promptly replied to our emails. When an appraiser low balled the value of our home, he was able to quickly find us another lender, another appraisal was done, and the new lender actually paid for more of our closing costs. Pooyan worked closely with our agent, Rodman Amiri at Merit Real Estate, and we felt they worked well together to achieve our goals. It was a pleasure working with Pooyan and we highly recommend him.
