Called and left a message with Chris and he returned my call right away. He could come the next day and if I liked the estimate he could do the work right then and there.
 He arrived on time and I explained what I needed done. I would have liked to pay less but I think it was inline with other hauling providers in the area, especially considering that some providers would charge extra for mileage to come out to where I live in RPV. Chris was super nice and considerate and more than capable of clearing the items we needed to go. I WILL BE CALLING HIM AGAIN FOR FUTURE WORK.

Left Chris a message and he called me back within an hour to schedule. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and he and his two helpers made quick work of several bookshelves, a large desk, a day bed, etc. They were quick and super polite, and they were careful of the walls and on the zillion stairs we have. I will call them again definitely. Thanks, guys!

I called Chris on a thursday morning and left him a voicemail. He got back to me, almost immediately, and told me he could come out to give us an estimate later that afternoon. Chris arrived on time and gave us a very fair quote. (We use haulers often and his price was very competitive.)
They were able to come and do the job the next day, which was great. Once again, Chris was punctual. Apparently, a couple items were added to the trash pile, but Chris was cool about it and loaded it up for us. We will definitely use him again on future projects in the South Bay.

Chris promptly returned my phone call; and was ready to provide a quote and complete the service at my convenience. He and his team arrived promptly and quickly completed the job.

Chris was very friendly. He came over promptly to give an estimate after we spoke on the phone, and he also arrived right on time with two workers on the day of the job. His estimate was the lowest of three we had gotten, but he was also the promptest and most professional in addition to having the best price. The price was exactly as quoted. We were very pleased and would definitely call him again.

I found Quality Cleanup and Hauling on Angie's List (my first foray into Angie's List!) and was very pleased with the experience. Chris, the owner, returned my VM same day, scheduled a time that was convenient for me to give me an estimate. He was prompt for that appt. Then we scheduled time to do the actual work. Again, he was accommodating and agreed to a date and time that worked for my schedule. The day prior to the appt, he called to confirm; showed up on time for the appt on the day of; and proceeded to do an excellent job of clearing out all the demo'd junk in my garage. There were items he couldn't take such as old paints and a mini-fridge because it had freon but Chris told me about the toxic waste drop off at Hyperion Power Plant in El Segundo where I can take those items in. In short, very helpful, prompt, professional, and thorough. Would definitely use this company again and would refer them to others.

It was a very positive experience. Chris took my call and provided an estimate within a few hours. The estimate was a little higher than I had hoped, but Chris promised to return the next day to perform the work. The following day, I returned home to find the work completed and area where the hot tub had been spotless. In the meantime, Chris had telephoned to determine whether I was pleased with the work and to arrange payment. The matter was handled quickly and professionally.

Chris Mata returned my initial phone call (11/29/06) the same day; asked to come see the couch, even though I explained it was just an ordinary, nearly 8-foot couch. I didn't understand why he had to see it. He arrived promptly the following day to check size, whether it was a hide-a-bed, etc., located upstairs or downstairs (it was in downstairs living room, connected to garage, through which couch was easily removed). Chris is friendly, very pleasant and professional. He gave me the choice of getting other bids when I was taken aback at his quote (I thought it would cost about half of what he quoted), but ultimately I decided to go with him. He returned the next day with a very large truck and two helpers. The couch was removed in 10 minutes or less.

They were excellent. The owner was polite, prompt and fair. They completed everything as promised. They worked quickly.

I CONTACTED CHRIS AT THE LAST MINUTE AND HE WAS ABLE TO DO THE JOB WHEN I NEEDED AND WAS FAST AND RELIABLE. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
