+ -1 moreHe is efficient, clean and does quality work. He has a more than fair price. He has great explanations of alternatives. The owner does the work himself. It is a two man operation.
Description of Work: He has done four apartment mini blinds and verticals. Most recently for horizontal wooden blinds for a 2 bedroom apartment.
