+ -1 moreI feel like they just sent me whatever they wanted. I have filed a complaint on them with the BBB and in the process with going to court. It seems as if they are con artists to try and keep the money and they are very unprofessional. They even refused to help me after American Express contacted them. I would never use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I purchased a tempurpedic mattress. They didn't send me the one I purchased but in the meantime they charged me for the one I wanted. It was too small, had the wrong firmness and the remote didn't work. I contacted them within 5 minutes after the mattress was delivered and they told me they couldn't take it back and that I signed for it so there was nothing they can do.
