The floor in the living area turned out ok, but they had to redo the baseboards in one area again, because they did not go all the way to the window edge. The staircase wood (which we were told had to be done with real wood or they would not do the job), does not match the engineered wood in the adjacent living room, as we were told it would. The owner (Dale) was not around to oversee the job and once he had our business, was not good about returning our calls. The job also took twice, as long as, they said that it would, prior to our signing the contract.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE TONGUE AND GROOVE FLOORING. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR HIM AND IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. THEY TOLD ME UP FRONT ABOUT THAT. THAT WAS NOT A SURPRISE.
