The locksmith was polite. He was very professional and wore a clean uniform that had his name and the name of the company. Some plumbers I've used in the past didn't look nearly as professional. As a woman, these things make a difference in how I feel about a service provider. Of course, BEFORE I called the company, I also checked whether they have a current state locksmith license and they do. Anyway, I felt like this was a person that I could trust to do the work that he said he would do. That's not easy to find.

I WASN'T EVEN THERE WHEN THEY DID IT. I WAS INSIDE AND THEY DROPPED THE KEYS OFF. THEY PROVIDED THE SERVICE THAT THEY INDICATED THEY WOULD. THE LADY ON THE PHONE DIDN'T WANT TO LISTEN TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY.
