I had a bad experience with another company. They do everything, they have integrity, and they're very knowledgeable in what they're doing. The prices are honest, and they don't charge you more than what they have to.

They always do a great job. They are professional and reasonable. I started taking my car here about two years ago. After a dealership quoted me 10k to get a job done. They were able to complete the same job for less than half the cost. I just wish I would have found them sooner. I will not take my car anywhere else now.

They were courteous and punctual in their work.

I like them. They are honest and their prices are reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future.

The typical experience goes like this:
Wednesday - Make appointment for the upcoming Saturday. Tell them what we know we need done.

Saturday - Drop off the car and keys; leave a cell phone number for contact later; in and out in 5 minutes.

Later Saturday morning - Get a call from Lexology letting me know if they recommend any additional work to be performed over and above what we initially described. Usually it's 50/50 as to whether we choose to do the work that day or opt to let it go for a future appointment.

Early Saturday afternoon - Get a call from Lexology letting me know exactly when the call will be ready for pick-up.

Later Saturday afternoon - Pick up the car, pay the bill and on my way. In and out in 5 minutes.

The only bummer is that they no longer wash the car prior to returning it to you. Other than that, it's always a fantastic experience.

Mike is the best. Honest, knowledgable, and professional. Will give you quotes before any work. Gives you various options. I chose to do full service on my Lexus with Lexus parts as keeping the car for my family. They could be changing all kinds of stuff without me knowing. But they honestly assess the car and give me good advice about not needing to change certain things now, what to look out for. He is much cheaper than a dealer, more knowledgable and honest. I cannot emphasize the honesty. He will do the very best job for you. Please give him a shot and you will not be dissapointed.

CAME IN VERY SKEPTICAL, HAVE ALWAYS GONE TO THE DEALER. BUT GOT TIRED OF PAYING THE HIGH PRICES. I WAS ALWAYS SCARED TO GO TO INDEPENDENTS BECAUSE I DIDN'T THINK THEY COULD DO THE JOB OF THE DEALER BECAUSE THE DEALER ALWAYS SEES THE SAME CAR AGAIN AND AGAIN. BUT HERE I FOUND THAT THREE OF THE MECHANICS ACTUALLY USED TO WORK AT LEXUS AND TOYOTA DEALERS. ON TOP OF THAT THEY USED ONLY FACTORY PARTS AND THEY HAVE A VERY CLEAN SHOP. THEY EVEN WENT SO FAR AS TO POLISH MY FADED HEADLAMPS AND EVEN WASHED MY CAR. THIS PLACE IS PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO WANT THE DEALER WORK BUT DON'T WANT TO PAY THE DEALER PRICE.
