Oil and Filter change, checked air filter and other fluids, checked brakes and tires. I count on Joe, Pete and his team to keep my car in good running order. They do what they promise and no upselling or pushing unnecessary services. Everything was fine except I'll need new rear tires in a few months.

Joe and Pete and their team did a great job. All the work was done on-time and for the price quoted. They use genuine OEM fluids which is a must with a Honda. It's great to have a quality, independent auto service shop in our area - work I can trust and a good value. I will definitely return there with both of our cars for scheduled service and repairs.

Got an appointment at Joe Kerby quickly and they diagnosed where the leak was originating. Since it was from a part that was still under warranty at another shop I went to that other shop for the final repairs. I will definitely return to Joe Kerby for future service. Straight-forward folks - something I appreciate in the auto service business.

The cost ended up being a little more than I expected and took a little longer than expected, but it was less than the dealership and quicker. Unfortunately, I had to take it back a few days later because they knocked something else loose while working on the door. Bummer because it's a long way away. The people are very nice there and helpful, though!

We've used them several times. He seems to know what he is doing and he is straight up about it. He is priced fairly.

Great. We should have called ahead and made an appt. like the other 4 cars ahead of us did. Because we didn't make an appt. we were without the vehicle for 2 days. Our Bad - good for them for being so popular. We really liked the shop. We went there because we just moved back to the area after a 15 year absence and the shop is still here so we figured they were a good bet. I hated having to pay so much for the car which is why I rated the price a C. I didn't bother checking other shops for prices because I'm willing to pay more for honesty in a shop. I was with my last shop out of state for 15 years and never questioned price because I knew they were honest - my priority. Joe Kerby even sent us a Thank You card a couple of days later. They will most likely become our new shop we love for our vehicles and we will have a lot with all our up and coming teenagers.

They provide good service. It's a small shop. The people are honest.

They are just a small auto shop, and the man is just very down-to-earth and is a very nice guy. The work is good, and I'm pleased.
