He is very good but he is not a licensed contractor. He has done a lot of work for me and he is excellent. I would highly recommend him. He has gone to school and he is a finished carpenter. He charges 20 something an hour. I am a real estate broker and I know about contracting. He does 90 percent of the work himself. I have referred him and he aims for consistency. His prices are fine and I feel that you only get what you pay for. He doesn?t fool me and he is very good at what he does. He has a cell phone and he returns my calls. If he is going to be late, he will call. He wants the business so he has the qualities of a businessperson. I am pleased with his work and if there is anything that I am not pleased with, he will come back.
