HERMOSA GLASS & CALIFORNIA FRAMELESS Shower Doors

I called a few days before the Thanksgiving holiday about replacing a broken exterior glass window pane at my mother-in-law's house. My MIL had been scammed by Renewal by Anderson that said she needed her whole window replaced to the tune of $3500. After talking with Rich, it was clear that all she needed was a pane of glass in the ballpark of $500. I was able to email photos of the window, he sent his guy out promptly that Monday to measure/estimate, and the window was installed that Friday. My MIL is very happy with the finished installation and professionalism of Hermosa Glass.

Rich responded promptly and came out the next day to look at the project and give me an estimate. He had a clear idea of the project and made several positive suggestions. He made precise measurements, and the following week two of his guys installed the shower door.  They were obliviously very experienced and competent.  Our shower door is beautiful.

went very well. the suggested changes that we hadn't thought about. they moved out one glass panel 3 inches from where it was to give us another shelf space inside the shower, also a towel hook on the outside wall.

I needed a large, glass shower door installed.  I'd had one installed before by a different provider and amazingly it fell off and shattered within 24 hours.  
I then called out Hermosa.  I checked with three providers - they were all about the same but Hermosa was in the neighborhood.  When they came out however they said they couldn't safely install the door and asked that I get reinforcement framing added.  They were 100% right and had figured out what the previous installed missed.  it cost me a bit more beacuse it took them an extra trip but they were more than fair about this.  
We had the framing added and then they came out and installed the door.  It has been safely working for a couple months now.  
The guys we all around great.  They are a bit busy so couldn't come out quite as fast as I'd have liked but I'd definitely use them again,

Found this provider and a couple others on Angies List and got quotes from 2 of them. Prices were similar, but it was really the personal contact that sold me on Hermosa Glass. They answered all my question and adapted to my scheduling needs. On the day of installation the crew was prompt, professional and finished in half the time they had told me to expect. The shower is beautiful! I'll definitely use them again, I have some full wall mirrors that need attention.

I contacted 3 people and Rich was the only one who responded promptly and came out the next day to look at the project and give me an estimate. He was very nice, had a clear idea of what he was doing and proposed a very solid solution for our project. His price was in line with others but because of the responsiveness we went with him and it was the right decision. He came out again to take precise measurements and a week after 2 of his guys installed the glass bar. Their appearance was a bit weird (seemed like some old hippies) but they were also very nice, extremely helpful and got the job done.
After a lot of disappointments with builders this was a pleasant experience and I can only recommend Rich to anybody who needs a glass job done.

Very well. Rich made an excellent recommendation about using a folding shower door for a shower that needed a larger opening space when getting out of the shower. All doors were glass.

Rich was great to work with.  He was available via phone and answered my questions thoroughly.  He came out to measure the opening on time.  The glass was ready to be installed within the week and the installer were prompt and on time.  The installation was smooth and we are very happy with the finished product.  The door is beautiful and the edges are water tight.  The sides have a small plastic lip that is hardly nitceable and on the bottom of the door there is a small plastic edge that keeps the water in.  When you open the door, there is nothing on the shower curb- which is really beautiful.  We thank Rich for a great price, great service and a beautiful, quality finished product!

It came out great, the whole process only took a couple hours. 

We found out that our existing shower was leaking under the house, creating wood rot and attracting termites. We had the old one removed and replaced all the tile. We were referred to Hermosa Glass (California Frameless Shower Doors) by our contractor and we are extremely happy with that recommendation. From the Rich's estimate to Scott's installation, the process was smooth and painless. We received a call on the morning of the installation from Scott to say he was on his way. A few hours later, the shower door enclosure was done and the area was cleaned up. And the frameless style makes our bathroom look like one in a 4 star hotel. We couldn't be happier.

Perfect from Start to finish. Owner Rich is very helpful in selection, and a very nice guy to work with. He is prompt, and has excellent followup skills. He and his employee did a fantastic job with installation, and even asked about preferences in placement in the shower door opening. Very clean and meticulous.
