"I'm not exactly sure what this person is speaking of. Mold was observed in two areas of her home at the time of the inspection and was documented. Apparently remediation was indeed performed. This review was written nearly two years after the inspection. The Client never called me to discuss their concerns or issues. I do guarantee my work, so if no mold was found upon opening the wall, I would have given them a partial refund."
