Gary was prompt with his estimate and reasonably priced. He did not shy away from a fairly quick turnaround schedule. He arrived every morning on time and was very neat in his work. He takes a great deal of pride in the quality and artistry of the tile work he performs. We had a big party coming up that we were remodeling the bathroom for. Gary was very thorough in every thing he did. He carefully removed all the plumbing fixtures for us and stored them in our spare room. We had ordered all the tile directly from the tile distributor, and when they messed up the order and it was delayed, Gary worked on a Saturday to make up the time so that we would have a functioning bathroom for the party.
Very nice and easy to get along with. Responsive to our needs on a daily basis. He is an artisan who cares about his work.

Very high quality and professional installation. Very flat and even. Gary keeps his workspace clean, shows up on time and does a great job. We wish we had more tile jobs for him.

The tile work cost me $800. Primarily, they showed up on time and cleaned up everyday after work. It wasn't a big job, but it had to be done over several days. At the end of each day, there was good cleanup. They had a very reasonable price. They were friendly and courteous with their customer service. They got the job done when they said they were going to get it done. They said it would take a couple of days and that's exactly what it took. I would not use them again in the future.

He was a very positive person. He looked like he was very competent and very good. He spotted some problems immediately that a couple of the others had not seen and he had ready suggestions about how to fix them. He seemed very knowledgeable. He was very professional. He was excellent in terms of his responsiveness. However, I chose to go with someone who was more of a general contractor. I would consider him in the future but since, I have not worked with him the first time, I have not seen his follow through. I definitely would not go with the company that I eventually went with.

Gary has installed a new master bathroom tile floor and I loved his work. He is a master craftsman that takes pride in his work. The original tile floor had cracked due to movement of the house over time. I wanted a new tile floor but without the likelihood of cracks. Gary began the job by removing the tile and the "quick" cement sub floor. He discovered that half of the kitchen floor was built on a slab and half was built out over the first floor. The two floor were not level and not well connected. Gary then leveled out the entire floor with new "quick" cement and correctly leveled it. After that dried, he arranged the 12" X 24" tile in various patterns on the floor so I could make a decision on the best pattern. Because on this, I completely changed my mind from what I thought I wanted and selected a new pattern. Gary then laid each tile down individually, leveling them completely before proceeding. The result was breathtaking. The floor is now completely solid, level and beautiful.

I had previously used Gary Valliere to replace damaged ceramic tile on my kitchen counter with new tile. The results were outstanding! I asked him to return and add porcelain tile to my master bathroom. I selected the tile and the grout, using Gary's excellent recommendation of a local tile store that had a wide variety of choices. Gary arrived on the scheduled day on time. He quickly and without a mess removed the existing carpet and prepared the floor for the tile. During the next two days, he expertly placed the each tile, cutting them to insure perfect fit. Since he was working in the room next to where my wife and I slept each night, he was very careful to keep the dust cleaned up. The last day he added the grout and did the final clean up. The results were spectacular! His expert workmanship and attention to detail resulted in a beautiful tile floor that completely enhanced the look of the bathroom.

Overall, the job went without at hitch. They showed up on time, worked the entire time and finished in time. Gary did stop through the course of the work to lay out the tile pattern before he put it up, so that we could look at it and make aesthetic adjustments before it was too late. We have had many company's doing work for our house in the last month and Gary is the ONLY one who has not been a cause of concern and frustration.

An excellent job. From the original estimate to final installation, I was very impressed by Gary's professionalism, craftsmanship and attention to detail. I liked the fact that he spent adequate time with me explaining the details of the job in order to provide an estimate that I completely understood. He and his helper were very meticulous and perfectionists, actually, even down to the quality of prep and cleanup work. The final result was exactly what I was aiming for, decor-wise and exceeded my quality expectations. The entire job probably took a day to a day and a half longer than it could have but that's entirely attributable to quality of the work. I plan to have Gary back to do my bathrooms as soon as I can get on his busy schedule.

I called to get an estimate. Spoke with his wife (second call to him) and she said he probably wouldn't come out to my area. Plus, he was very busy. She said she would ask him and get back to me. I never heard back. She was very nice, though.

Gary and Tim were thorough and excellent at their work. Any particulars that occurred with tile or with other crafts people on the job plumbing and electric went smoothly. He has an aesthetic eye and solutions within our budget. We learned a lot from him.

It took about four weeks to get on Gary's schedule, but he called to confirm the night before he was to start that he would be here at 8 a.m. I was worried about the demolition, but they did it very neatly and without damaging anything else---not easy when removing slate flooring and stone! Gary and his helper arrived on time every morning, did their work carefully and cleaned up their mess before leaving. Gary did some extra work I requested (tiling the closet floor was an afterthought) and added a reasonable amount for it. They were friendly and professional and I felt comfortable leaving the house with them alone in it. The one time I hadn't locked up my cat before Gary arrived, he was even aware not to let her out of the house. Most importantly, Gary did a beautiful installation of my expensive Italian tile. He is a perfectionist craftsman who takes real pride in his work. I recommend him highly.
