Patrick from Future Automation & Design is who I contacted to program and take over a home automation project after a bad experience with another company who left the work unfinished and with a lot of problems. Patrick and his team took over and made everything right again, as if they were there from the beginning of the project. They figured out what was wrong, upgraded a few items, and ironed out all of the issues. I couldn't be happier with his company and the service they provide. His followup service continues to impress me as well. I would recommend Future Automation & Design in a heartbeat to anyone who wants a project designed and installed correctly the first time.

Patrick and team did a great job, very efficient, very cost competitive. The time they took to test out everything after install, the time they took to install/update all Control 4 and Sonos software, and the time they took to educate us on usage, was well beyond my expectations. And whenever I have a technical issue or question, Patrick is very prompt in returning my calls and equally prompt in troubleshooting and assisting until the issue is resolved. Only have great things to say about FA&D!!!!

Our installation went off without a hitch!  Patrick and team showed up on time, installed the product and then they took the time to show us how to use the product.    They were on time, efficient and we  did not have any interruptions during our business hours.    We even called them with additional questions and they were very prompt and helpful in assisting us.
