EMERGENCY SERVICE RESTORATION

I had the misfortune to have two unrelated flood/plumbing issues in the same month. In both cases, there was water damage to my hardwood floors and carpeting. The plumber called in Emergency Services Restoration to remove the water and dry the affected areas. My contact, Richard M, was an experienced professional with 25 years of experience. He not only promptly assessed the situation and determined an appropriate course of action, but also was reassuring and helpful as he explained the process of how this this would get resolved. . Needless to say, both of the flooding situations were sudden, disruptive and upsetting, but Richard and his associate Storm (his real name), calmly explained how they would mitigate the damage and what the next steps would be. He went over the paperwork with me carefully and noted that the company would wait 30days for payment so I would have time to process a homeowner's insurance claim. Although it was my plumber who called this provider on my behalf, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

The company was extremely responsive. They came that same day to look at an area of water damage, with resulting mold on a wall and carpet in our living room, apparently from an old window leak. They made recommendations as to the steps involved in getting the problem remediated. They did not charge for this service, were most kind and helpful, and would definitely recommend them for anyone with water damage.

We had a raw sewage leak. They came out very quick and was knowledgeable about the contamination. They informed us about what they were going to do and answered all our questions. They did a great job in getting our home sanitized.

They came within 1 hour of being contacted, provided an on-the-spot estimate, and initiated work upon my approval. This was after normal working hours.
