It started off great and didn't end well. I was asked to pay before work was performed.
Response from CML Construction Services Inc.
"The work that was performed was started off with no more then the 10% down as required and all additional work was progressed billed and all material draws was in advance. The question was if the progresses billing was equal to the work performed witch it was. Unfortunately The client didn't feel that was and for that CML Construction Services inc and its staff are deeply sadden by the out come of this project."
