Edgar and Maysie have been exceptional. They have handled everything that came up in preparing our property for rental, finding a great tenant, pivoting quickly when the tenant broke the lease due to a change in employment and finding us another excellent tenant very quickly. We are so glad we chose them to manage our property, and plan to continue using their services for as long as we own it!
Description of Work: We hired Edgar & his team to manage our property: prepare it for rental, find a tenant, and manage it thereafter.
