Birchfield Hauling

Birchfield Hauling did not honor the discount they offered me previously when they did the work. Our encounter with them was fine.

It took longer than I expected and we forgot to include certain items on the opposite side of the garage in the truck but overall it was a job well done.

It went very well.

Despite the heavy metropolitan Los Angeles morning rush hour, the crew of three men were on time, and actually beat me to the address by 15 minutes. They were very professional, and asked before moving or tossing any item that looked of value if I was certain that the item was to be taken away. There was quite a bit of stuff to remove from the 1,000 sq ft condo, and they were done in about 2 hours if not a bit less. I would definitely use them again for any similar project.

Birchfield Hauling gets a straight 'A' rating from me! Very prompt (same day), reasonable, fast, swept garage when done, extremely personable. A wonderful experience!

Great. Called prior to scheduled arrival to let me know they would be about 30 min late. They arrived at their revised time.

I was a very bad Angie's List member and had my front walkway re-done by someone not on the list: they did a fine job, but they never came back for the rubble that used to be my old walkway. They kept promising to take it away, but the pile sat there for a week and I couldn't stand it any more. I called Mr. Birchfield and two hours later his son was at my house, offering me an estimate and promising to return the next day at 11. The next day at a few minutes past 11:00, the son showed up, heaved all the rubble into his truck, accepted payment, and cheerfully wished me a great weekend. I would definitely use this service again: friendly, prompt and very reasonable!
