It went great! Paul answered the phone and arrived within the hour. He was concerned about keeping the floors clean and the walls and furniture protected. It is a old, small house. He was professional and polite. The problem was fixed quickly and without much mess. I will use Beach Cities Plumbing in the future!!

I have used this company before. They are professional and honest. In this case I simply wanted hoses replaced on washing machine anda few little odds and ends. The price charged Included all the new pipes and fittings.

Got to my home quickly, pulled out all the wet ceiling, found a tiny hole in a copper pipe and fixed it. Next he recommended workers who could come the next day to remove all of the wet ceiling from joist to joist so that I would not have any mold. Well I did NOT have any mold at all! This could have been a disaster.

In the past I would have looked in the phone book and hired someone from an add. This time, even with water coming out of my ceiling, I went onto Angie's list and found this plumber.

I later had them come back to perform maintenance on a sump pump.

I will call them again.

We don't have any complaints. They came when we needed them which was good because it was emergency work. They were quick and efficient.

They are very nice local guys that are really cool. They are really easy to work with. They were very responsive. They came out when I needed them. He was in the middle of dinner and he came in right afterwards. They were a little rough around the edges. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Paul, company owner, came out initially to check out what needed to be done and give estimate. Brad came out the second visit to do the work. He was very professional, polite, and patient with me -- answering my (many) questions and explaining in detail everything he was doing. (I am totally clueless when it comes to plumbing issues.) I highly recommend this company -- definitely will be using again when the need arises.

Brad and Will from Beach Cities arrived right on time and were very communicative and patient. I help manage a condo and it's very hard to find where a leak originates if you don't know the building plumbing layout. This was the first time they came and between them, they were able to find the origin of the leak quite quickly. They were friendly, professional and efficient. We had three leaks and they were fixed very quickly, which was nice because the water shut-off effects several units. I will hire them again and highly recommend them! Thanks Paul, Brad and Will!

The plumbers were right on time and worked efficiently and pleasantly. They ran into some problems due to the old fixtures, but resolved them. The job was completed in one afternoon and without exceeding the estimate.

I WAS PLEASED WITH HIS WORK AND THE OPTIONS HE GAVE ME. HE DID THE WORK EFFICIENTLY AND GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE AND COST RANGES ON FUTURE WORK. I DIDN'T LIKE THAT HE WAS SO LATE. I HAD TO TAKE EXTRA TIME OFF WORK AND FOLLOW UP WITH HIM ABOUT HIS ARRIVAL TIME. I DIDN'T LIKE THAT HE CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $10 WHEN HE COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

BECAUSE HE FIXED IT, IT WAS CLEAN AND WHEN HE LEFT I DIDN'T KNOW HE HAD BEEN THERE. THEY DIDN'T DISAPPOINT ME AT ALL. THEY CAME WITH THE TOOLS AND DID THE WORK. THEY WERE NOT MESSY. I RECEIVED A BILL, AND EVERYTHING WENT THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO GO, AND THAT IS WHAT I CALL PROFESSIONAL.
