I called Jeramy at 8:30 am to schedule an appointment because my garage door opener was spinning but not opening the door. Jeramy was enroute to another job but scheduled me for 2pm the same day. Having completed his 1st job, he dropped by to make sure he brought the right equipment to make the repair at our scheduled time. He looked at the job and saw that the door release latch was not fully engaged allowing the opener to turn without picking up the door. He explained what had happened and fixed it without making me feel like a complete fool, and left without even accepting an offer to pay for his time/gas for making the trip to my house.
