The old man that runs the company is a solid fellow, but we got his son. He got the hot water heater lit, but it was shooting out a flame about 2 feet. I heard from someone that this is a trick to try to get you to buy a new hot water heater, so I was extremely annoyed. When I was dealing with the father, it was all A's. When I dealt with the son, I felt like I was being cheated.

I LIKED WHEN I FIRST CALLED THEM ALL THESE YEARS AGO, AND I LIKED THE PUNCTUALITY AND THEIR PRICES AND THAT'S WHY. THEY'RE THE OWNERS, AND THEY'RE VERY COURTEOUS, PROMPT AND FAIR.
