HE WAS ON TIME AND DID HIS WORK WITHOUT GETTING IN ANYONE'S WAY. HE WAS VERY POLITE. HE MADE ME FEEL AT EASE AND WAS VERY EASY TO TALK TO, SO I HAD NO PROBLEM ASKING HIM ANY QUESTIONS.
