The cleaning was fast and thorough; perfect, under the circumstances.

I unfortunately had red wine spilled on my rug and I attempted to remove it myself.  I called several people off of Angies list.  Mike was the first to call me back and was very prompt in coming over to clean the rug. In fact, he took the rug back to the shop to try to get the stain out!  I can't say enough good things about Mike!

We have light carpeting that is getting older and with three teenage children in and out all the time, we need carpet cleaning a few times a year.  Mike has been cleaning our carpet for more than 10 years.  I've also used him at our business.  He always does a fast and reliable job. I highly recommend him.

We've used Mike several times before and he always does an excellent job at a great price. This time he did 3 large rugs, 16 carpeted steps, and a medium-sized landing all for  $130.00. He shows up on time and is very professional. Highly recommended.

Mike comes with a helper.  They were prompt and courteous and got right down to business.  The wall to wall carpet had several pet stains on it among other things that I don't even know exactly what happened.  The carpet came out beautiful and I am very pleased.  One of the runners was so badly stained that I was going to throw it out and get another but thought I would try and salvage it.  It came out so good that I can now keep it.  If not for the wear it would look like new.
I was very comfortable having Mike and his helper in my home.  I will call him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

How did it go? Very well! Mike called the same day i called him to offer his services.  He called me when he arrived to provide a quote, finished the job in less that 2 hours and called to let me know he was done and said i could mail a check when I returned home from work.  He advised me that the carpets needed to be cleaned again in 6 months (it had been 2 years since i had the carpets cleaned) and offered to clean the sofa and 2 chairs next time.

Owner was nice on the phone when appointment was made. He re-scheduled the appointment, which was fine with me, but I forgot that the street cleaners were coming where he needed to park, so he nicely agreed to come back later. When the technician arrived, he was banging the equipment up the stairs and through my faux-wood hallway none too gently and at the speed of lightning. I asked if he was in a hurry, and he said they were. The owner came upstairs and said he would do whatever he could to clean the dirty area where you walk into the master bedroom. After they were finished, he went downstairs, I paid the technician, and they left.
    About two hours later, I saw that the dirtiest part of my room was cleaner, but still grey with dirt. I wasn't sure if that part of the room would get completely clean anyway. But then I walked the rooms with bare feet to find that a significant amount of carpet was literally soggy like a completely wet sponge. My toes were squishing in it. I've had plenty of carpets cleaned, but they had never been left with so much water. I phoned and left a message for the owner, asking politely whether this would cause dirt to stay in the bottom of the carpet or possibly cause mildew. I thought that perhaps their equipment was faulty, because I assumed the point of using a powerful truck-mounted system was to vacuum up more of the water.  
    He called back and was extremely defensive and upset. He kept stating that they had gone over it three times and of course it would be more wet. He suggested that I use towels to soak up some of the water. I kept saying that the only reason I was calling was to find out if dirt would get trapped in the soggy water or if it would produce mildew. He kept repeating how they had gone over it three times. He was so defensive and angry that I finally told him I was just going to hang up. He responded that I should call him if I needed anything else. I would never have called him again, because I didn't want to be subjected to another defensive, angry outburst.
    The technician had said the carpets would be dry later that afternoon. After 24-hours with 10 windows wide open and 4 fans running on high, and bundling up with my granddaughter in extra socks and blankets to sleep, it is still wet in some places. Needless to say, I won't use him again.

I needed someone to clean the carpets in my house the very next day and A-Plus carpet care went above and beyond to accomodate my schedule and last minute needs.  With several phone quotes his prices were the most reasonable, and he was the most willing to work around all my other contractors and scheduling.  He was helpful, friendly, punctual, and did a great job.  Definitely recommend!

Called, left message.  Call returned the same day.  Appointment the next morning.  Arrived on time, gave me an estimate with an Angie's List discount.  I agreed and work done in less than an hour.  Very friendly, very professional, and most important of all a fantastic job.   Michael also spot cleaned a couple of small adjacent areas without being asked and without further charge.  A very pleasant experience from  start to finish.  Would definite use this company again.

The two gentlemen showed up a few minutes early and went right to work.  I had them pull their van up on my lawn as I was also having a garage door installed on the same day.  This gave them a direct line through the front door where they could bring in the carpet cleaning hose from the van.  The owner (Mike I believe) was great.  Very friendly, explained what would be done and how long it would take.  I asked about the couch and the love seat when they arrived and found the price to be much better than other companies I had looked up (sorry I can't recall the exact breakdown but upholstrey is only done in addition to carpet per the company information).  The carpets needed to be cleaned for a baby shower I was hosting and came out as well as they could as they are old and really need to be replaced.  Having the couches done was a plus as it helped to get rid of any dog smell as well (she sneaks up on the couch from time to time).
I would definetly use the company again and wish I was doing this a couple of times a year from the time I purchases my house as it is very labor intensive to do myself and I don't have the same level of equipment.

They were fantastic. I had an emergency were somebody spilled something all over the carpet and I called them at 8 o'clock in the morning and they were here in two hours. They did a great job and they were extremely pleasant and courteous. They did exactly what they said they would do. They gave me a quote before. They did everything and I was very pleased with their service. I would grade them the same thing as their name - an A-plus! I thought their price was extremely reasonable.

We used A-Plus twice in the past and were satisfied both times.
This time, we called A-Plus and they were available the next day, but we were busy.  So they came out the following day.  They set up their equipment near our front door, cleaned all the carpets, and were done quickly.  The carpets look beautiful.

After checking Angie's List I called  A-Plus Carpet Care.  I left my phone number and received a call shortly and set up a date and time. 
It had been several  years since we had our carpets cleaned and had high traffic areas with several stains.    Mike and his co-worker arrived on time and explained everything they were going to do.   He was very professional and friendly and assisted with the work.  Our carpets look great - just like new!  We're very happy with the job they did especially getting all the stains out.             

Mike with A-Plus Carpet Care was a complete joy to work with.  He was professional, friendly, attentive, and very thorough.  His assistant was the same.  I am a new dog owner and know next to nothing about dog messes and concerns, and he was very, very helpful in not only cleaning, but he had plenty of practical advice for how to dog-mess-proof the house in the future.  He arrived on time, given an expected delay of which he had informed me earlier, and called to let me know when he was near my house.  He is present at all jobs and does the work and also supervises so quality workmanship is always present.  A high level of service is what differentiates him from the rest, and he prides himself and his business on this feature.

We have a very limited budget, and he was very sensitive to this fact. He described the best service for the minimum charges, and we trusted him immediately.  He went a bit beyond the services we requested, and we were very grateful for his kindness.   

We were extremely pleased with his work, and we tipped him accordingly.  We will call on Mike (A-Plus Carpet Care) again without doubt.

All stains were removed and we noticed that they did a better job than the Chem-Dry company we used before.  Mike's assistant did a thorough job on the stairs because they were filthy, but now they're clean!

Mike responded to my call within a few hours and arrived two days later right on time.  He and his co-worker were efficient and thorough. Although we had removed all the smaller pieces of furniture, the family members asked that we move the larger pieces so that the entire area could be cleaned.  Although we knew from previous reviews, moving larger pieces was not part of the normal service, Mike made sure they either were able to reach under the larger pieces or they helped us shift things around.  

The carpet looks great and the cleaning product left the entire house smelling fresh and clean. I recommend this company without hesitation. Professional and honest.

We have two houses on the lot -- and two dogs.  This is the second time we've used A-Plus and they certainly reflect their name.  Mike was very responsive to my initial call, calling me back that same day.  He was flexible with the time he could come and showed up exactly on time.  We had two couches, two rugs and 3 small carpeted rooms cleaned.  Mike and his assistant (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) started in the front house and completed it efficiently.  They moved to the back house and worked just as quickly, even though they had to deal with getting the equipment upstairs.  They did great work and all for a very reasonable price.  I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

When I called A+, it turned out they couldn't do the job I needed because we have too many levels in our house for the hose to reach. Mike recommended a local chem dry carpet cleaning company and gave me a contact name there.

MIKE AND HIS ASSISTANT ARRIVED EXACTLY AT THE APPOINTMENT TIME.  MIKE WENT THROUGH THE AREA TO BE CLEANED AND CAREFULLY REMOVED ANY SMALL ITEMS.  LARGE PIECES OF FURNITURE WERE NOT MOVED.  MIKE THEN SPRAYED THE AREA WITH SOMETHING.  ALL SUBSTANCES USED DURING THE CLEANING ARE SUPPOSED TO BE NATURAL.   THE CARPET CLEANER THEY USED WAS IN A TRUCK OUTSIDE THE HOUSE WITH LONG HOSES ATTACHED TO THE IT.  THE WORKING END OF THE CLEANER WASHED THE CARPET AND THEN VACUUMED THE WATER UP.   THEY WERE EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL.  THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT.   WE HAVE HAD MIKE FOUR TIMES PREVIOUSLY.   TO STATE THE OBVIOUS, WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND HIS PRICE.  WE DEFINITELY PLAN TO HAVE HIM BACK IN ABOUT SIX MONTHS TO CLEAN OUR CARPETS AGAIN.

 Michael returned my call quickly and set up the carpet cleaning for Saturday in order to accommodate my schedule.  He arrived a few minutes early.  He and his partner were very thorough.  I did not have any heavy stains on my carpet.  I only had traffic stains, but my carpet is quite light, so everything shows.  After the cleaning, the carpet looked like new and the closet smelled fresh and clean. On the phone, Michael said the price would be between $90 and $100, depending on the size of the rooms, the extent of the stains, etc.  He ended up charging me $90, because the den is small and there were no heavy stains.  He also did not attempt any upselling, which as a single woman homeowner, I sincerely appreciated.  It was a very positive experience.  I will call him again when I need my carpet cleaned.
