Redlands Door and Windows

I had work done on two separate homes. Both homes had all windows replaced with top of line Milgard, additionally all doors replaced, including double front doors. Security bars to all windows were removed and replaced over new windows. Both homes were financed through the HERO program in San Bernardino. Redlands Windows and Doors completed all paperwork and arranged for rebates. Excellent workmanship and true professionalism. Doug, owner personally supervised both jobs and provided professional guidance for doors and windows. As a retired school Principal, I respect quality of workmanship, ethics, and service after the sale. Redlands Window and Doors met all of my expectations and I highly recommend them for all window and door needs. They are the best and I will use them again for any new projects in the future.

A representative came out and measured within a few days of calling. A quote was ready within hours and was VERY reasonable in dollar amount. Custom made windows were immediately ordered from Milgard factory and were ready to install within 5 weeks time. One very minor problem was corrected promptly and without fuss by the company (screw heads matching in color to the frame were not available on installation day but were quickly switched out for color coordinated screws in 3 days). Could not have been more pleased with every one in the company with whom I came in contact. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommended.

Everything went really well. We were very pleased with everybody. The owner of the business, the guy hired to do the painting for the doors and the installers. We were pleased with the fact that they were a local business. That is one of our big things. We like to use local businesses. The service was very good and whenever we called we didn't have any problems with them coming out or talking to us or anything like that. They were very efficient and got things done in a timely manner. They were here when they said they were going to be. Their prices and quality were very good. We have used them in the past, that was a different name, but with the same owner.

On both occasions everything went just as planned.

THEY'RE PROBABLY A 'B'. THEY JUST GOT THE ORDER WRONG. IT TOOK SOME TIME TO GET IT RIGHT. IT WASN'T THEM. IT WAS THEIR SUPPLIERS THAT GOT IT WRONG. THE PEOPLE AND THE WORK WAS FINE. IT'S JUST TIME CONSUMING.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID HIGH QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE PROMPT AND OVERALL IT WAS WELL DONE. IT WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

MIKE AND LARRY WERE THE TWO MEN WHO PERFORMED THE INSTALLATION OF 6 WINDOWS. THEY HAD TEAM WORK AND WORKED FAST. THEY HAD GREAT ATTITUDES TO GO ALONG WITH THE GREAT QUALITY OF WORK.

THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS GREAT. THE INDIVIDUAL WHO DID THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED OF THE DATES AND TIMES FOR INSTALLATION AND ALL QUESTIONS ANSWERED.
