They've actually serviced our pets for the last 25 years and they are five star across the board. They have reasonable prices, amazing service and compassion. I couldn't highly recommend them enough.

i had just retired and was looking for a companion dog like a Lab to rescue or adopt. a neighbor from two streets over told us of an older dog that was deserted and had been running the street for about a week. I went over to investigate and found the house was indeed empty. After checking around the neighborhood we found the dog and quot;Monaand quot; : part chow and part ??? maybe shepard. I called the Redlands Animal Hospital to have her checked and the Vet gave her a Great bill of health. Apx 4 years old. Good teeth. Strong bones. she was already spayed. She was very skittish at first. Now she is loveable and sits on the porch and watches the world go by. She is now licensed and tagged and has her shots. She rides in my pickup with me.

I had an experience with one of the other doctors there that I didn't care for when Dr. Hanson wasn't there, but I go to him all the time and he's wonderful. Everything is good, but I think their prices are high.

I have been using Redlands Animal Hospital since September of 2012. I
purchased a Goldendoodle puppy and wanted nothing but the best treatment
from a vet. This is exactly what we have received at Redlands Animal
Hospital. The reception staff is very friendly. The doctors are
extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My puppy just got spayed in
January. I dropped her off at 7:30 am on Wednesday and picked her up on
Thursday at 5pm. She was very happy and totally herself when I picked
her up. She was fully recovered within 48 more hours. Redlands Animal
Hospital did a great job.

Everything went as expected. Checked in a few minutes late and filled out paperwork, was brought in about 10 minutes later and cats were checked over, vaccines given, and then taken to get blood drawn. All staff was friendly and helpful and seemed to care for animals. All questions answered and the vet went over options for any tests that I wanted done (I had them all done which added a significant amount to the price). I was happy with the care and there were no issues. Cats were nervous, which is expected, but the staff seemed to do very well with them.

I had a very sick cat, he would take his food a throw it up in the air, he would not eat anything. I took him to the local vet and they did blood work on him. The results of the tests indicated that he had Hyperthyroidism. They gave me mediciatiom to give him that would get the hyperthyroidism under control. He still was not eating, so I took him to another vet, who I was told was much better, a mistake. I wasted to much time with this vet, my cat was not getting any better. So I called the vet that I had used for years when I lived in Anaheim. He had retired. The vet that had taken over his office recommened the Redlands Animal Hospital, so I took my cat there. The first thing they did was get the hyperthyroidism stablized, once that was done then they tried to find out why he was not eating. I forced fed him to try and put some weight on him. He just would not eat on his own. They finally recommened that he be put down.

It was a free service and follow up check because I had got my pet from the shelter. They were gentle and considerate with my pet unlike many other places. They are not too expensive and I have not really done anything beyond getting the shots.
