We are very happy, over 15 years, with the companies security monitoring and customer service. We had the whole house hard wired, including every window and door. After about 10 years a window alarm malfunctioned and they were out right away to replace the sensor. The system has a back up battery and the control panel is easy to use.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT RESPONDING, IF THE ALARM WENT OFF, BY PHONE. THEY WOULD CALL, AND ASK FOR A PASSWORD. IF THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO CALL, THEN THEY WOULD CALL THE POLICE.
