We were experiencing our toilets clogging and sewage coming up in our bathtub. We contacted Pride Plumbing Services and the office girl, Tina was very polite and understanding. She said they could have a technician out right away. Tyler came out and figured out what the issue was. Tyler explained to us that our sewer line was clogged and needed to be snaked and recommended a camera inspection on the sewer line. Once Tyler snaked the line and cleared the clog, he then ran his camera and saw roots in the line. Tyler recommended to hydro the line to remove the roots and recommended a â trenchless sewer repairâ and that would lining our old line with a new smooth line ridding of us any root intrusion headaches in the future. Tyler and his helper Austin were very professional, prompt and educated on their trade. We will be sure using Pride Plumbing for all of our future plumbing issues and will be referring them to our family and friends. We LOVE Pride Plumbing! â Love your country, Love your Plumberâ
