Description of Work: To remove debris and rebuild a garage after a fire at a single family house. It took 12 months. It is difficult to discern where the delays came from; I know that the insurance company was causing many delays and making unreasonable demands on Nix as far as plans and detailing costs. Though, I believe that there were several delays in which Nix was responsible. For example, it took a full year for the burned dryer and refrigerator to be removed from the driveway. The quality of the work and materials was inconsistent.
