When my old door broke Chad came out that day to attempt a repair. The door was 20 years old and beyond repair but he did putt back together so m garage would be secure. Nicole in the show room was extremely helpful, gave me color samples to take home so I could be sure about the color and kept me updated when the door was ordered. Andrew, who did the install, was prompt, quick and efficient and genuinely pleasant. My experience with everyone was nothing but positive and I will recommend them without reservation.  My only regret is that they don't have signs to leave in your yard so they can get credit for the good job they do!

On 10/20/2014 I contacted Nicole at Lloyd Copeland garage Door Systems (who I located on Angie,s List) to arrange for an assessment of why my I-drive garage door opener was not functioning. On that very same day Chad a company technician arrived and within less than five minutes isolated the problem to a broken internal tension spring. Since my garage door opener was no longer manufactured I agreed to have the system replaced. So on 10/25/2014 three days earlier than initially scheduled Chad arrived early with all tools and materials. He quickly and professionally removed the existing door lift system, installed a new quiet belt drive system and provided a functional test / operation tutorial. He completed all installations, functional tests and debris removal within a very short time. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and the cost and would absolutely recommend this company to everyone.

The garage door is working good as new.The repair man arrived promptly, looked at the job, advised that he had the required parts on the truck and gave me the cost (not an estimate).  Once I gave the go ahead he went to work, completed the job in much less time than I thought would be necessary.

They originally scheduled the appointment in the afternoon, but I had an appointment at 3. They moved the time up to 12:15 to accommodate. Very friendly service. The service person was also able to sell me a spare opener to replace one I lost. He took care of the programming as well. I've always enjoyed doing business with them and will continue to use them in the future.

We visited the office on Outer Highway 10 and viewed the types of doors on display. Chose one and scheduled delivery for the next week. Installer was on time and did job efficiently.

My single steel door spring broke preventing the door from going up. I have had these replaced in the past so I'm familiar with the issue. I telephoned Copelan on a Wednesday morning and they were able to fit me in the following day. The technician arrived in a timely fashion and replaced the single spring with a double, allowing the door to open manually if one of the two springs breaks (in many years hopefully). Of course, the technician serviced and adjusted the door and track before he finished. I believe the workers name was Chad.
There are probably cheaper alternatives available but Copelan knows these things inside and out, having serviced and installed garage doors in this area for decades. I personally have used them over a twenty-year span probably five times on different homes from Redlands to Cherry Valley. I have always been pleased and was surprised to see the only review on Angie's List was negative.

They charged separate service fee for each door, even though it only took a few minutes to look at each and we have used them in the past. They also neglected to check everything and had to come back. Fees were ridiculously high and provider was really rude when I questioned him. However, he did fix everything. Apparently, they don't value repeat customers, just try to get every dime they can out of every service call.
