 + -1 moreOn Christmas Eve I called Home Medic with an emergency heating problem. Cary had worked at our house a while back and I thought he might be able to help. Even though it had been about two years, he remembered exactly what he had done on the first job and was willing to take the time to help. Since it was Christmas, he really wasn't working, and he couldn't get any parts for a repair, anyway, he suggested that we brainstorm it together. He had me take a photo of the inside of our thermostat and he analyzed the problem and gave us instructions about how to repair it ourselves. His solution worked! I highly recommend!!!
