They didn't want to do the whole roof. They only wanted to do a part of a roof so that's why we're not going to go with them. I like that they were prompt in coming up to do the bid. The guy was very delightful. What I didn't like is that I didn't get the bid that I wanted. He was very professional but he strongly suggested against doing the rest of the roof that needs to be done. He was very, very nice, very cordial, very polite, and very professional but they could not give me the bid that I wanted.

They had the private contractor that they worked with. He came in and did the doors. He did a great job in terms of installing them. We quickly had a problem in one of doors; a spring had broken. He came back and told me that it had to be replaced. It s been over a one month we still have not heard anything from them. It s little disappointing but I have to follow up. They still did not get back to me replace it. The price was fair. He still did a very good job as we had a very difficult door to deal with. I still follow thru on that.

IT WAS PRETTY SATISFACTORY. MOST OF THE TIME THEY GIVE PRETTY GOOD HELP. THE SERVICE WAS LIKE YOU GET BOUNCED AROUND FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER. NOBODY WANTS TO HELP YOU. LET ME PASS YOU ON TO SOMEONE ELSE. ONCE YOU GET THEM TO DO THE JOB, IT IS PRETTY GOOD. IT'S UP TO CODE. IT LOOKS PRETTY GOOD. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO JUST CALL AND TALK TO ONE PERSON.

I LOVE THEM. THEY'RE EXCELLENT. THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. THE PEOPLE WHO CAME OUT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY WERE JUST REALLY GOOD TO WORK WITH.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I THINK THAT THEY DO ACCURATE WORK, AND IT WORKS FOR US.

THEY DID JUST DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS TO OUR SATISFACTION. WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH OUR CARPETS.

IT WAS GOOD QUALITY, COMPARABLE PRICES AND THE INSTALLATION WAS WONDERFUL. THEY WERE PROMPT. YOU COULD TELL WHEN THEY WERE MEASURING THAT THEY CARED. THEY CHECKED AND DOUBLE CHECKED. NOTHING WAS BROKEN AND EVERYTHING WAS PUT BACK EXACTLY WHERE IT NEEDED TO BE.

THEY DID FINE. IT WAS NO BIG DEAL. YOU TAKE THE OLD ONE OUT AND PUT THE NEW ONE IN. THEY DID IT IN ABOUT A HALF HOUR. IT WAS SOMETHING I SAID I DIDN'T WANT TO TRY AND TACKLE MYSELF.

I WAS SATISFIED, MY HUSBAND AND I WERE BOTH SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEIR WORK PERFORMANCE, EVERYTHING CAME OUT REALLY NICE. IT LOOKS REALLY GOOD. THEY KEPT THEIR WORD. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT A CERTAIN TIME AND THEY WERE HERE. THE PRICE STAYED WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD.

THEY HAD SOME DIFFICULTY IN GETTING THE DOOR IN BY SENDING OUT THE WRONG CREW. WHEN THEY DID GET THE RIGHT CREW, THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
