It was a very easy experience. We dealt with Andy and he was extremely helpful, providing details on the cabinets as needed, also providing us cost effective ideas for making the kitchen of our dreams. We picked up the product from their center in Redlands. That was very easy, no hassle and was ready on time. The cabinet quality is awesome. We chose the Palm Beach collection. They are made very well (all wood boxes, dovetail drawer construction) and VERY easy to assemble. Andy was very accommodating when we wanted to change something and we have never felt like our slew of questions was a burden on him. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
