We are small local company of eight people. Seven working in the service area and one in the office. We are veteran freindly, offerring discounts to vets and active military and families. We also offer discounts to senior citizens, 55 and older. Other discounts are also offerred. Just ask.

They are very good. I have been using them for two years. It is a monthly fee. We just pay for the year and they come every month. They are just very thorough, friendly, and informative. It works. We do not have any bugs. They are probably a little pricey though.

You will NEVER find a BETTER PEST CONTROL Company. They have the best costumer service, they truly do care if your unhappy. They are Extremely knowledgeable about all the different bugs and the best way to take care of the problem. They use the highest quality of chemicals you can buy. Every month when Corey comes to do the service he always is so thorough if I have a new problem any requests I may have. We are usually all good. No problems because he does his job so amazingly well. I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!! A lot of them water down their chemicals so they last longer but then they don't keep the bugs away like it should. UPSTATE WILL NEVER CUT CORNERS!!! They know their stuff and it shows?

We've been using UpState Pest Management for years! Randy and his team are always professional, courteous and take their time to make sure the job is done right. They are out each and every month like clockwork and if I ever have a concern or if there is ever an out brake of ants, moths or spiders, all I have to do is make a call and they will be out again without questions or extra cost!!!
The chemicals are pet friendly and I have never in the past 13 years have ever had a complaint or concern regarding their services!!
