My daughters wedding gown was just slightly dusty around the bottom, the slip not at all. It is a beaded and lace design..beautiful if i do say so myself, lol. The cleaner lamented the work of cleaning and ironing..what?? You don't iron this type of dress. I steamed the dress before the wedding and that should have been the process after. As he sent this out he may not have known this but with his years in the business i don't see how he could not.
It does look very well done so at least the folks that actually did the work did a very good job. I paid $137.00 more than i did for my other daughters wedding dress preservation 8 years ago. But it was an expensive dress so i needed to do it and the cleaner i used before is no longer in business.
All in all..i'm pleased with everything but the inflation in charge.
