I first contacted this company in late January to install a new wireless keypad for my driveway gate and to furnish new remote openers. After waiting and waiting they finally showed up to look at the setup in late February. Finally, after waiting and waiting they installed a new keypad in late April. It worked for one day. I removed the keypad from its post and sent it back to them along with a letter because they would not answer my call informing them that the keypad was defective. The new remotes furnished were originally for a keyring which I rejected. The second remotes did not allow me to lock the gate open and the keypad also did not have this feature. So they expected me to have 2 gate remotes on my car visor, the old one and the new one. The Owner Bart Herring was unprofessional and unethical. He sent my letter back to me unopened. A real class act. I am a professional woman in my 60's and I though this was an extremely unprofessional way to conduct business. In addition his employees that showed up were dressed in a very unprofessional manner with slouchy pants and hoodies. They looked like gang members.

They were very professional and did a great job. However, they did not arrive when scheduled, and I had to call them to reschedule.

They were wonderful. They are easy to work with and there was no problem. They were pretty prompt and took care of our needs in a timely fashion. They are local and it is an important factor. I didn't dislike anything about them. I would use them again.

Strange and Son Fencing were fine. They came out and installed some fencing for us. They were pretty high priced.
