"We are truly sorry that [member name removed] isn't happy with the work that we did to do his job correctly. The pruning that was done to balance his tree on the neighbor's side was due to the extreme pruning that he insisted be done to his Sycamore on his side. The additional pruning, at our cost, was done in order to mitigate risk to the neighbor. This was the only way that we could, in good conscience, prune as he requested. The additional pruning to other trees was contracted by his daughter, paid for by his daughter, and done to her approval. We regret that we were unable to return his payment, after four months time, as demanded."
