We had purchased a used vehicle and brought it in to have the smog check done and to evaluate the noise in the transmission. Rusty informed us that much work would be required to pass the smog emissions test, and that the seller is responsible for this when selling a vehicle. When we informed the seller of this, she became irate and very difficult. Rusty and his wife Stacey were such a comfort throughout this difficult situation. We ended up taking the seller to court, and Stacey offered to write a letter, explaining the situation. This is a truly honest and caring family business. I highly recommend their services!

Over the years Rusty has provided major repairs and minor ones too. Here's is the best description of the service he provides. I had a 2002 Saturn that had started to have one after another computer failure . Saturn was in the process of disbanding and parts were going ot be impossible to get probably. I went to Rusty and asked him for advice as to if I should continue pouring money into it or trade .. He said trade it in even though that advice cost him money..

They are honest and reliable. If I have a problem with my car and call them; they will fix it and possibly get my car back on the road quickly. They really understand what our needs are. When we talk to them, we can absolutely trust them on what they say. They never try to over sale anything. I would use their service in the future.

The telling point for this provider is his honesty. I had a 2002 Saturn that he worked on several times recently, I was debating trading the car because of the expense of continuing problems. Asked Rusty for his opinion on trading or keep fixing and he said trade the overall costs would be cheaper. Of course that meant less money for him. Honesty is this day and age are worth a lot.
