He knows how to run a business. He is a great communicator and shows great appreciation for his clients. He is a contractor as well, so that helps improve his ability to sell a house and point things out that are beneficial or opportunities for the person buying the home. He has sold homes very quickly for me and for others that I have referred to him. He has a very strong network of clients that are ready to purchase homes and he utilizes it to match people to the type of home that they want. That is how he is able to make sales happen very quickly.
