We are located at the corner of Victor Avenue and Cypress Avenue in Redding where you are always welcome to come in and discuss your needs regarding your heating and air conditioning system and indoor air quality. on a weekend and we were out of town. The service order had been placed
by the property management company that managed the rental and they
could only authorize a maximum of $200 for repair without further prior
permission from us. The main control board of the unit was burned out
and repairs came to approximately $400. Since we could not be reached,
the company owner made the repairs and charged only $200 rather than let
the tenants go without heat through the weekend. The heating and AC
unit has worked fine ever since then. We use this company now to do
annual service checks on all our rentals.
