We had previously purchased the new toilets at a local plumbing supply company. On the day the work was to be performed, Preferred Plumbing picked up the new toilets and delivered them to our house. They then removed the old toilets, installed the new ones, and hauled the old ones away. The one toilet we decided to keep was repaired and works like new again. All of the work was done in a very professional and efficient manner. We are very pleased with the results.
